English teaching – the Minor in Information Security
Since 2014 ESIEA has offered a new programme taught entirely in English designed specifically for exchange students: the Minor in Information Security.
The Minor is headed by Prof. Dr. Eric Filiol, director of ESIEA’s research laboratory “Digital Confidence and Security”. His team is internationally recognised for their expertise in the areas of cryptology and virology, their objective is to work towards solutions for global information security.
Linguistic support for incoming students
For incoming students interested in taking their coursework in French in one of our schools, ESIEA requires a B2 level in French (DELF or DALF).
In order to help students improve their language skills even more during their stay in France, we offer French Language modules (FLE: 2 ECTS per semester) with a particular stress on scientific French (FOS = Français Objectif Scientifique).
Students studying entirely in English at ESIEA or coming for an internship can also benefit from these French courses (FLE). The FLE modules include teaching about French civilisation.
